At ForevaResilience, we take pride in providing quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


ALL SALES POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item
- Packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Incorrect sizing or change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery


SHIPPING ISSUES
Once an order has been shipped, ForevaResilience is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By placing an order with ForevaResilience, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us at ForevaResilience@gmail.com before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Any chargeback filed for an order that has been processed, shipped, or delivered will be fully disputed with supporting evidence, including tracking confirmation and delivery verification.
