Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status using the provided tracking details.

Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with verified tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, we are not liable for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms. Chargebacks filed for orders that show confirmed delivery via tracking will be disputed with proof of shipment and delivery confirmation provided to the payment processor.
